Who is she?

I’m a French-British-Irish-Kiwi entrepreneur based in Los Angeles.

I turned a lifelong obsession with baking into a global brand. I founded The Caker as a boutique bakery in New Zealand, and grew it into an internationally loved luxury dessert company that blurred the lines between food, fashion, and culture. What began with custom cakes evolved into a consumer packaged goods business known for reinventing the stale cake-mix category.

As a self-funded founder, I built and scaled The Caker into a multi-channel operation. The business employed 50+ people, generated $30M in lifetime revenue, expanded into the U.S., and attracted a cult following and celebrity fans. In 2024, I completed a successful exit.

Today, I’m channeling everything I’ve learned about brand building, distribution, and community into what’s next: a new fragrance company that treats scent as playful, collectible, and culturally alive - with a never-before-seen form factor. We’re preparing for 2026 launch.

At the heart of my work is taste, intuition, and an instinct for building emotionally resonant brands that scale without losing their soul.
